Do I get a discount for buying multiple
items?
We offer 1/2 off of
domestic standard shipping and 1/4 off of all international shipping on all
items after the most expensive item to ship.
What do I need to DO if I'm buying
multiple items?
Simply purchase the items at around the
same time of day, and our system automatically alerts us to combine the
order. In order for our system to offer a combined discount, you must be
sure to checkout only once. We cannot offer a combined discount between
multiple checkouts.
Do you combine shipping? How much?
Yes, we do combine shipping. The way it
works is that you pay the full shipping amount for the item with the largest
shipping charge, and then 50% shipping for each additional item. (domestic)
For example, if you buy 3 items with
shipping charges of $20, $8 and $6, the total shipping will be:
$20 + $4 + $3 = $27
Note that the quoted shipping charges are
ONLY for standard shipping to the lower 48 states. Please use the shipping
calculator for quotes on international and expedited "rush order" shipping.
How long will it take to receive my
order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3
business days after your payment is received/cleared. You will receive an
e-mail with tracking information (if applicable) when your item is shipped.
Can I get my item(s) sooner? Expedited
("rush") shipping?
Yes. You will have expedited options
available at Checkout.
How do I check the status of my
shipment? Tracking?
Our system automatically sends a
notification of shipment/tracking info e-mail when your item ships. That
e-mail will go to the address that you entered in checkout.
What if I need to return the item? What
is your return policy?
Returns must be arranged in advance. Also
note:
- Requests for returns, exchanges or
refunds must be made within 14 days of arrival and must have seller's
approval in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) which is
emailed. We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds without an
RGA and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returned items must be in original,
uninstalled condition, including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc.
- In the rare case of a missing or
defective part, only a replacement or exchange will be made.
- A 20% restocking fee will be assessed
for all refunded items.
- Refunds will be made within 7 business
days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions.
We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.
- Please refer to manufacturer's terms and
conditions as most take care of their own warranties. We will be glad to
assist you with phone numbers or e-mail addresses if not enclosed with
your items.
- Computer monitors do not all display the
same color scheme. Factors such as type of display, color/contrast
settings, age of the monitor, lighting in the room and the angle the
monitor is viewed at can distort the image's natural color balance. Due to
this, the slight color variance in some similarly named finishes from one
manufacturer to the next and the possible change in a manufacturer's
finish over time, we cannot be responsible for items that aren't a
"perfect match" with items purchased previously or from another
manufacturer.
What is the warranty on this item?
Most of our products are covered by
manufacturer's warranty. The type of warranty will depend on the product.

How can I make sure my items match?
Many of our item descriptions suggest other
products which would go with the one you are considering buying.
When buying a group of items meant to go
together as a set (bathroom fixtures, for example), it is generally a good
idea to stick with the same manufacturer or product line.
Keep in mind that colors in the photos may
differ slightly from the actual product, owing to variations in camera and
scanner settings, lighting conditions, your monitor settings, etc.
Does this shower head come with the arm
or just the head?
The item description will say if the arm is
included.
Can I pick up my order?
We regret that items may not be picked up
in person, since we do not have a storefront and our warehouse personnel are
not equipped to assist visitors.
Can you tell me the dimensions? GPM?
Temperature range? (etc.)

How can I find the product I need?
To search our entire store inventory,
rather than within a specific category, make sure you are searching from the

person?
Sorry, but all purchases and payments must
be done online, since we do not have a storefront and our warehouse
